If you are interested in commissioning a piece, I would be delighted to work with you. I am mostly working with natural fiber quilts, stretch-frame textile pieces, and textile collage at the moment, in a range of sizes. If your idea involves something else, message me anyways! We can have a chat about your vision or idea.

How it works:

Commissions are special because they are a collaboration, a back and forth, between myself and a client. This relationship can be as involved or hands-off as you want! Just one example of how this could look is as follows:

You will come to me with some seed of a desire; It may be a full fledged idea, or a need for something functional, or just a space in your home you would like to fill with art. Whatever you bring to the table, I will work with you to birth this idea, this seed, into life, and you will have a bespoke piece made to your preferences.

We can together work with images to decipher your style, taste, color-palette, and practical needs for a specific commission. Once we reach a concrete vision together, I will create preparatory material such as sketches, fabric swatches, material samples etc, for your review. While I am creating the piece, client feedback can be incorporated throughout the process if desired.

Pricing:

Pricing will vary greatly depending on techniques used, complexity, size, materials, and time needed to complete the project. A more detailed price analysis of the above factors can be given once an idea for a bespoke piece is more fully discussed.
